This product also features a non-slip nitro cap with an integrated cartridge holder making it easy for you to attach the gas cartridges with it. 

This keg works with both 8g nitrous oxide (N2O) cartridges for a creamier brew and 2g nitrogen cartridges for a lighter, more classic nitro coffee. That way it allows you to create nitro cold brew according to your taste and preferences. 

How to use: 

1. Before use, clean the keg, dip hose, nitro cap, and faucet with warm, soapy water.

2. Pour the cold brew into the keg, filling 60%-70% of its capacity. Leave enough room for gas to enter and form properly. 

3. Attach the spring and faucet to the keg. You can use a wrench to ensure that the connection is tight. 

4. Screw the nitro cap with the cartridge holder onto the keg. Make sure that the connection is tight enough. You can use both 8g N2O and 2g nitrogen cartridges. You should hear the whistle sound of the gas injection. 

5. Shake the cold brew and the gas either N2O or nitrogen to mix well. 

6. Place a glass under the faucet and gently pull the handle forward to enjoy your frothy nitro-infused coffee.
